ABOUT US
Our goal is to encourage the acceptance of Non-binary Genders in the global community.
Examples of Non-Binary GendersA common misconception is that non-binary genders are a recent invention; in fact, non-binary genders have been known to exist for an incredibly long time. For example, Indian Hijras have been known to exist for actual millennia (http://listverse.com/2015/10/21/10-examples-of-nonbinary-genders-throughout-history/)

There are many different kinds of non-binary genders. Some are specific to certain cultures and religions, while other have no cultural connotations. Culture-specific genders include Indian Hijra, Filipino Muxhes, and Thai Kathoey. Non--culture specific genders include the blanket term Genderqueer, the absence of gender Neutrois, and Maverique
Most non-binary people prefer the pronouns of "they/them". Many people will tell you that using "they" as a pronoun for a singular person is incorrect; however, it's actually been done for a very long time- even Shakespeare used it extensively. Still, other non-binary-gendered people prefer to use artificial pronouns like ze, zie, and xe.
